OPeNDAP Updates

Tying this session to the overall ESIP-Summer-Meeting theme of "data-driven community resilience," we enlist speakers with expertise on: the diverse ways that large collections of data granules can now or potentially be used for scientific, economic or societal advancement.

Version 3.7.3 of loaddap fixes a handful of problems with newer versions of Matlab. This is a source-only release.

The 1.11.2 release of Hyrax is a bug fix for the new THREDDS datasetScan implementation.

The main additions to the library are DAP4 features. The library has a nearly-complete DAP4 implementation.

This release contains an important security patch and we urge all users to upgrade their server ( from 1.9.x or earlier) as soon as possible.
