The latest version of the MATLAB Graphical User Interface was successfully demonstrated at the Ocean Sciences 2002 meeting in Honolulu, 11-15 February 2002. After a few refinements are made and the documentation is updated, the new GUI will be released for general use. The new Import Wizard, which allows traversing the metadata tree from high level discovery of datasets down through inventory metadata to allowing direct access to the data you want and need, was demonstrated also.
