Status of DODS

Built servers and client-stubs for two APIs using Sun's RPC mechanism.
Built first version of http-based DAP servers and libraries for two APIs.
Working on second version of the DAP - adding constraint expressions to the protocol.
Add support for additional APIs.
Improve quality of documentation.
