This step involves extracting the subset of the data actually required.
It can be performed:
- At the time of acquisition.
- During the ingest step.
- In the anlaysis package.
In the example I subsetted the data as they were moved into the analysis package.
I used approximately 14 MB of the 300 MB moved to my machine.
